**Service calls apply only to operational and mechanical issues. Leak searches and repairs are excluded due to their complexity. Unused “No Charge” service calls roll over into the next 12-month period, up to a
maximum of 4. Rollover calls do not exceed the 4-call cap and any unused calls expire. Rollover only applies to Premium members only.
***Spa-Assure Service Plan requires a 12-month commitment. All Spa-Assure plans require a twelve (12) month commitment, even though the membership is billed monthly. By enrolling in Spa-Assure, the
customer agrees to complete the full 12-month term. If a customer fails to make a monthly payment and the account becomes more than fifteen (15) days past due, the membership will be considered in
default. At that point, the customer will be responsible for paying the full balance of any services rendered under the Spa-Assure plan.
